Sarah has over 20 years’ experience in the property sector, bringing together extensive expertise in commercial property asset management, finance and business operations. She began her career as a property and management accountant, developing strong commercial and financial foundations while establishing and managing the operational and financial structures of businesses across the commercial property, aviation and student accommodation sectors.
Today, Sarah specialises in commercial property asset management, overseeing a diverse portfolio of properties across the UK, with a particular focus on London office assets. She works closely with clients to maximise the performance of their property portfolios through strategic asset planning, lease management, service charge budgeting and financial oversight, whilst ensuring that assets are managed efficiently on a day-to-day basis.
Alongside her client-facing responsibilities, Sarah leads the firm’s operational systems, financial processes and regulatory compliance, helping to ensure the business operates effectively and continues to deliver the highest standards of professional service.
Outside of work, Sarah enjoys spending time with her family, travelling and discovering great food and wine. She also serves as a Trustee and Chair of the Finance & Premises Committee for one of Essex’s largest secondary schools, where she helps oversee strategic financial planning, governance and estate management.
