Lawson & Partners offers a range of property management services, from collecting the rent on a single let property or actively managing a mixed use, multi-let asset. We can tailor our service to any requirement.

Our Property management services include:

Rent Collection & Arrears Recovery

Raising charges from rent, service charge and insurance. Collecting and transferring rents to the client promptly. Chasing and providing strategic advice on recovery of outstanding arrears

Active (Day to Day) Management

Responsible for regular inspections of properties, liaising on the day to day tenant issues. Specifying and tendering maintenance and utility contracts. Managing reactive maintenance requirements. Delivering facilities management services to ensure the property runs efficiently day to day.

Service Charge

Setting service charge budgets, regular monitoring of expenditure, reconciling and certifying expenditure at year end. Strategic budgeting for funding of significant maintenance and refurbishment projects, including setting up sinking funds. Dealing with associated tenant enquiries.

Health & Safety

Ensuring compliance with all Health & Safety requirements and legislation and maintaining up to date records and actively managing action points that arise.

Insurance

Recharging insurance premiums to tenants and handling any claims. If required, we are able to procure and place property insurance through our selected brokers.
