Sarah joined Lawson & Partners in 2003. She has a strong varied background, originally as a property and management accountant, with background in setting up and running the operational and financial structures of businesses, including working within the aviation and student sectors, as well as within commercial property.
Sarah now specialises in commercial property asset management, looking after a varied portfolio of properties throughout the UK, with a specific focus on London offices. She focuses on financial budgeting including service charge management, lease management and strategic planning, advising clients on their property assets, whilst also ensuring that the day to day running of the assets is done well and efficiently.
She also oversees the operational and systems management, finance procedures and compliance throughout the business.
Outside of the office, family life keeps Sarah busy. She enjoys travelling and good wine! She is also a Trustee/Director of one of the largest secondary schools in Essex.
