Mike works closely with the team as a Consultant.
Mike has a BSC Hons in Law and Politics from Southampton University and a Masters in Property Valuation and Law from Cass Business School. He is a MRICS as well as a registered valuer. Having started his career at Lawson and Partners, Mike moved to Bidwells where he was a Partner in the Capital Markets team.
Mike has over 15 years experience in the property industry. His client base includes institutional investors, property companies, private equity, endowment funds, private investors and family offices.
Mike has particular expertise in sale and lease back advice; development funding; forming joint ventures; specialist advice to private client and family trusts, as well as acquisition and disposal of property investments. Mike also provides his private and family trust clients an ongoing asset management service of their holdings.
Outside of the office, Mike’s passions are skiing (he is a former ESS ski instructor and still likes to race for the DHO) and he also enjoys shooting. He has also been known to swing a golf club with average results. Good food and wine are also a favourite, ideally combined with one of the previous three activities!
