Chris qualified in 1985 as a Chartered Surveyor, working at Morgan Grenfell Laurie before becoming a founding member of Lawson and Partners in 1990.
Chris’s clients include high net worth individuals and property companies. His main focus is Property Asset Management with particular experience on re gearing lease structures. He also has extensive knowledge in the Corporate Real Estate sector acting for major corporate occupiers.
Chris also runs the Operational and Company Secretariat function of the Partnership.
Chris still plays hockey for his club of forty years, Kenley HC and also has his Private Pilot’s Licence flying out of Shoreham Airport. A dual national of France by marriage, Chris is a confirmed Francophile who says he speaks fluent bad French!
