Gabriel joined Lawson & Partners in 2026 as a Graduate Surveyor, bringing hands‑on experience in property and portfolio management across both the public and private sectors. He has worked across industrial, retail, office, and commercial assets, supporting clients through financial reporting, portfolio oversight, service charge management, and the delivery of lease events.
His background includes managing multi‑tenanted portfolios, coordinating maintenance and capital works, negotiating lease events, and preparing detailed budgets and forecasts. Gabriel is proficient in MRI Horizon and is currently completing his RICS APC, with a long‑term focus on value‑driven asset management. He is recognised for his analytical approach, proactive mindset, and clear communication with clients, tenants, and stakeholders.
Outside of work, Gabriel is a keen sportsman with interests across a variety of activities. He enjoys being social and hosting whenever the opportunity arises.
